Vintage rectangular cluster ring measuring approximately 13.25mm x 10.5mm set with a central emerald cut blue topaz with a surround of 12 single cut diamonds.  Mounted in 18ct yellow gold with white gold settings.  Fully hallmarked Birmingham 1982.  Finger size N.
